The New Year 10 Week Challenge starts the week of  January 20th. Different days and times available.

Also beginning in September: For you early risers we have the 7 Week Boot Camp Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00am. There are per-requisites for this one. Check at the front desk for details. The Strong Person Training is Saturdays at 8:30am. Torch calories, build lean muscles and lose body fat. Keep it in the family…Kids Program and Teen Challenge start the last week of Sept.

Exercise, Shakes and a side of Health!
In efforts to provide our members better nutritional options we have shaken up our smoothie menu!! Coming soon you will see a totally new menu which will offer many more great tasting low glycemic shakes which will support your weight loss /lifestyle goals. We will continue to ensure all products are organic, preservative free and with NO unnatural sweeteners as usual.
Supplements that can be added to your shake that affect your body and metabolism. L-Carnitine helps transport fat to the working muscle to use for energy. It stimulates the rate at which fatty acids are released into the bloodstream to be used for energy production. One gram per day is recommended…a scoop in your protein shake.     We are entering our third week of the 10 Week Weight Loss Challenge. A total of 245 lbs have been lost!!! Raise your protein shake to the BIG LOSERS!

    Will2lose has the best weight loss training facility in Westchester county. The atmosphere is like going to a family event. The staff as well as the clients are caring of one another, always warm inviting and engaging. I can’t say enough about this place. I tell everyone and anyone about the will2 lose experience.
